A professional handbook and toolkit for shaping wise AI and robotics.
At the core of Future Intelligence is a professional handbook and toolkit for people who design, commission, or teach intelligent systems. It focuses on how human values such as empathy, care, creativity, cultural awareness, and accountability can guide AI, robotics, and immersive technologies in practice.
The handbook is designed to be practical and modular: short frameworks, curated perspectives, and reusable formats for teams, educators, and institutions.
The handbook is currently in planning and design. We are building a network of partners and supporters to realise the retreats, dialogues, and publication.

The Future Intelligence Handbook is initiated and edited by a small core group of researchers and practitioners with long-standing experience in:
- Digital heritage and cultural technologies
- Inclusive and interdisciplinary design
- XR, immersive learning, and behaviour change
- Creative technology research and education
The editors work collaboratively, drawing on international networks across academia, industry, culture, and education.
Future Intelligence is currently in its planning and design phase. We are building a network of partners to explore what wise technology can mean in practice and to realise the handbook through collaborative retreats, round-table dialogues, and field research.
We welcome collaboration with robotics and AI labs, universities and educators, cultural and public-sector institutions, and foundations supporting democracy, culture, education, and responsible technology.
If you see a connection to your work, we would be glad to discuss pilots, co-hosted dialogues, or funding and other forms of support for the development of the handbook and toolkit.
